This page will provide a brief overview of our school, purpose, staff, and our general philosophy toward education.

Purpose

American Christian Academy (ACA) is training students to live solely by God’s word. Students are taught in subjects of Language Arts, Math, History, Geography, Science, Music, and the Arts. Everything taught is directed to God’s truth. He is the center of all teachings at ACA. It is important that American Christian Academy coincides directly with Spirit Life Church. Students are taught Christian principles by serving in the church and home.
Godly character is the main concept taught to students at ACA. They understand that Godly character has the same importance as Academic achievements; staff members at ACA are open to counsel students at any time on issues such as drugs, sex, and rebellion. Staff works with parents on students accountability at home and school. This is important in that these issues are eliminated or do not become a problem in students lives.

More Information

Teachers play a very important role in the students' learning environments by providing motivation and structure. Because of ACA’s computerized content delivery, automatic grading, record keeping, and lesson planning teachers are available to spend as much time needed to help students on Godly principles and schoolwork.
Hardworking students complete the academic requirements of the state, and then are able to graduate and receive a diploma. The advanced curriculum taught at American Christian Academy prepares students for success in any college or University they choose. American Christian Academy is affiliated with and belong to ACTS, (Association of Christian Teachers and School) and accredited with NAPS, (National Association of Private Schools).

Our Staff

American Christian Academy staff members are Christ-centered, born again believers, whom God has specifically called to minister here in His school. Each of our teachers understands the fundamental doctrines of the Bible and the Twenty Principles taught within Spirit Life Church and seeks daily to demonstrate the love of Christ to our students and their families, serving as Godly adult role models for all who are served by our school.
The staff at ACA has acquired much training in working with troubled teens and additional training in the areas of Alpha Omega Switched-On Schoolhouse, Chaplaincy, First Aid, and CPR.
